Qualifications

• Caring for older adults with physical challenges.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Willingness to work part-time or full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Help with meals, dining, and mobility support (wheelchair or walking).
• Offer friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities each day.
• Support the team with other tasks to keep the community running smoothly.
