Job summary

Regeneron in Rensselaer, NY seeks a Calibration Technician to calibrate instrumentation, perform loop checks, tune and troubleshoot, and support maintenance activities on a nightly shift. The role requires basic plumbing skills, knowledge of MS Office, and adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.

Training begins with Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm for 3-6 months, then Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-8:30am schedule. An AAS in engineering-related fields is preferred, with related experience for different levels.

Qualifications

• Must maintain calibration procedures and produce accurate readings.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve issues quickly.
• Familiar with cGMPs and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Must learn and follow routine procedures independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Calibrating various instrumentation including temperature, pressure, and flow.
• Performing loop checks, tuning, troubleshooting, and startup of instruments.
• Performing daily work orders and preventative maintenance; documenting PMs and WOs.
• Coordinating with FM-M and other departments during planned and unplanned work events.
• Ensure safe maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment following SOPs and cGMPs.
