The candidate must have cashier and supervisory experience, pass background checks, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Knowledge of CTR and gaming regulation is essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years cashier experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Able to pass background check and licensing per Delaware Lottery.
• Knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) requirements.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Microsoft Windows).
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a fun, entertaining environment while delivering service excellence.
• Safeguard currency, coins, tickets, tokens, forms and records for VLT Cashiering Operations.
• Custody of cage inventory including main bank, reserve bank, and window/booth inventories.
• Direct supervision, scheduling and training of cashiering functions.
• Assist with recruiting, training and coaching of Cage Operations staff.
