Job summary

ABM is seeking a Night Building Maintenance Engineer for a Class A office space in Austin, TX. The role focuses on operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps, and associated systems to maximize performance and efficiency daily.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–1:30am. This is a union position with a comprehensive benefits package. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, with offers based on experience and market data.

Qualifications

• Experience operating boilers, chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instrumentations and diagrams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps and generators.
• Perform minor maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with water treatment and basic building systems to ensure efficiency.

Job description

The Night Building Maintenance Engineer performs skilled work in the operation, minor maintenance and of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, water treatment and other electrical and mechanical systems to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation on a daily basis. This role will be for a Class A office space in Austin, Texas.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday

5:30pm - 1:30am

Pay:$30 - $40
