Job summary

Goodyear Fleet Services in Concord, NC is hiring for a General Maintenance / Automotive Technician on the night shift. Ideal for techs with 1–3 years of experience seeking growth into fleet maintenance. Starting pay $18–$24 per hour, with benefits and company-paid training.

Responsibilities include servicing delivery vans for preventive maintenance, oil changes, tire services, diagnostics, brake repairs, and state inspections. Valid license required, 18+, and ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing delivery vans for scheduled preventive maintenance at a client site.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation.
• Learn/train to do advanced repairs and state inspections.
• Training for this role may take place in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site.
