Job summary

Goodyear Fleet Services is seeking a Brake Technician/General Maintenance Technician to service delivery vans and commercial vehicles at client sites, focusing on preventative maintenance and diagnostics.

The role offers starting pay of $22–$26 per hour with a $1 shift differential, plus ASE certification support, full benefits from day one, and ongoing training to advance within Goodyear's fleet service network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience including brake repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work at night.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Service delivery vans and commercial vehicles for scheduled preventive maintenance at client sites.
• Perform line technician services: oil changes, tire services, inspections, fluid exchanges, and tire installation.
• Learn and train to perform advanced repairs and state inspections; diagnostic work and system checks.
