Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator for a 12-hour night shift (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM) in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You will operate and maintain high‑pressure boiler systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation while complying with GMPs.

The role requires a NJ Blue Seal license, 5+ years of boiler experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced facility with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Blue Seal (1-C) Stationary Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years of boiler operation in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with 2,000 HP boilers and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain high-pressure boiler systems up to 2,000 HP and related utilities equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on boilers, pumps, piping systems, compressors, and water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot boiler, pump, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain proper steam pressure, water levels, temperatures, chemical treatment balances, and operational efficiency.
• Perform work at elevated heights and safely operate man lifts and access equipment.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation including pH meters and temperature/flow devices.
• Complete logs, maintenance records, SOPs, inspections, and CMMS documentation accurately.
• Support training procedures, SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
