Qualifications

• Must hold a High Pressure Blue Seal Engineers License.
• Minimum 5 years of Blue Seal level experience operating and troubleshooting utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate boilers, air compressors, chillers, co-generator, water treatment, fire water system and all ancillary equipment and documents.
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate off-shift utility activities with outside contractors and service providers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot utilities through Building Automation and Fire System HMIs.
