The paraprofessional will implement psycho-educational interventions, participate in team planning, and support clients with recovery-oriented practices to promote engagement and safety.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in SUD/MH settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recovery support and life-skills coaching to clients.
• Conduct safety rounds and incident reporting; monitor milieu.
• Document observations in EMR and escalate clinical concerns.
• Assist with de-escalation and crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in team handoffs and service planning meetings.
• Follow service plan and clinical orders; work independently within the team.
