Job summary

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers overnight, structured care for adults with substance use and mental health challenges in Pickerington, OH. Night shifts run 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with 3x12 and rotating weekends.

The role involves direct patient care, ADL assistance, and continuous monitoring with timely reporting to the RN. Candidates should have education in behavioral health and crisis intervention skills, plus a willingness to train in strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention skills required; Handle with Care training preferred but will train.
• Experience facilitating group sessions or activities is valued.
• Strong communication with RNs and team; maintain patient safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care overnight, assist with ADLs, promote dignity and safety.
• Monitor patients for behavioral, psychiatric, medical, and withdrawal changes; report to RN.
• Perform scheduled clinical tasks like vital signs, glucose monitoring, withdrawal assessments.
• Conduct safety rounds, observations, contraband searches, and control unit access overnight.
• Assist with overnight admissions, orientation, and discharge activities.
• Facilitate overnight therapeutic/recovery activities; provide patient support.
