Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing processes and policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post‑discharge care.
