Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assists with daily activities.
• Monitors patient behavior, emotional state, and safety needs.
• Assists in implementing treatment plans under supervision of licensed staff.
• Engages patients in structured activities and coping strategies.
• Responds to crises and de-escalates as per protocol.
• Ensures safety and adherence to HIPAA and policies.
• Assists with vital signs and documentation as required.
• Collaborates with nurses and therapists to support patient progress.
