00 RHA Health Services, LLC in Burlington, NC is seeking a Night Charge Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership within a Behavioral Health program. You will coordinate nursing operations, ensure safe medication practices, and support regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality care.

The Nursing Team Lead serves as the clinical lead at the site, liaising with frontline staff and Behavioral Health leadership.

Formación

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
Minimum one year of nursing experience.
Experience in Behavioral Health settings preferred.
Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide oversight of nursing services at an assigned Behavioral Health location or program.
Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards and policy.
Monitor safe medication administration and documentation accuracy.
Assess physical and psychiatric health status of individuals served.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Support crisis stabilization and respond to behavioral health emergencies.
Educate individuals served about medications and health management.
Communicate with families and care partners while protecting privacy.
