Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Behavioral Health Associate II for the night shift (7pm–7am). This on-site role works under supervision of a licensed nurse, delivering continuous patient care and safe supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required are a high school diploma and at least one year as a BHA, with experience serving the facility’s population. CPR/de-escalation certification is required and training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year experience as a BHA required.
• One+ years experience with the facility population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wellbeing and safety of patients in a structured environment.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Conduct safety checks and monitor patients.
• Record vital signs and chart in patient records.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and assist with restraints when necessary.

Education
