Responsibilities

• Ensures wellbeing of patients and maintains a safe, structured environment under supervision.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Performs regular safety checks and monitors patients per supervision guidelines.
• Observes patient behavior and reports significant findings to supervisor.
• Engages patients in activities to support treatment goals and skills.
• Documents vital signs and notable condition changes accurately.
• Uses de-escalation techniques and assists with restraints when necessary.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and chart organization as needed.
• Supports transport and transfer of patients and coordination with staff.
