Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support a 45-bed residential treatment center for adolescent females in Sunset, Louisiana. The role focuses on patient safety, hands-on care, and compassionate support within a structured, team-based environment.

The position offers consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' recovery journeys. Training and certifications are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience working with a similar patient population or an Associate's degree.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid certification may be required depending on state/facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
