Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support a 45-bed residential treatment center for adolescent females in Sunset, Louisiana. The role focuses on patient safety, hands-on care, and compassionate support within a structured, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience working with a similar patient population or an Associate's degree.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid certification may be required depending on state/facility requirements.

We are seeking a positive, empathetic, dedicated, and professional Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team! Acadiana Treatment Center (ATC) is a 45-bed residential treatment center providing behavioral health services to adolescent females ages 12 - 17 in the Sunset area.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, grasp, squeeze, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, repetitive arm/wrist/hand use, walk on uneven surfaces, stand, walk in order to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

What You Bring
