Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support patients on their journey from addiction to recovery. You will provide hands-on care, maintain a safe and structured environment, and work within a collaborative team to ensure compassionate, high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
