McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Batter Breader Operator Nights to ensure batter and breader equipment operate safely and meet quality standards during the 6PM-6AM shift.

You will monitor production, document data, and support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires 2+ years of machine operating experience in food manufacturing, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate powered equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Able to identify safety and GMP guidelines and follow them.
• English documentation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust batter/breader equipment to maintain product quality.
• Perform quality checks and document production data.
• Identify and address safety and food safety risks.
• Set up, order, issue, and return raw materials; assist with freezer/fryer tasks.
• Support Line Leader with daily operations.
