Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read batch sheets and safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Stand for extended periods and work around industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust batching equipment for proper mixing and consistency.
• Transfer batches from mixing pot to feed pot for continued processing.
• Support pastille production and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per policies and sanitation standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with inventory tracking and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support production goals and maintain production schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
