Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking team members for the 3rd shift to operate batching, pelleting, and grinding systems, unload ingredients, and maintain daily records. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), climbing 157 feet when elevators are down, and working in varied environments on a night shift.

Applicants should be able to communicate across management levels, ensure data accuracy, and follow Tyson Health and Safety protocols, including PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to climb 157 feet when the elevator is out.
• 3rd shift availability is required.
• Background checks may apply for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across all levels of management, including customers and vendors, in writing and verbally.
• Record data accurately to ensure precision in operations.
• Manage ingredients by loading and unloading into systems and maintaining micro bins and mills.
