Sealed Air is seeking a night-shift bag operator to run the bag machine and integral equipment. Responsibilities include verifying 40-digit codes, setting machine parameters, and ensuring product quality and customer specifications.

You will troubleshoot line issues, perform SQF activities, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining safety and efficiency on the packaging line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer knowledge; 1-2 years of Windows applications.
• Ability to use quality equipment tools such as microscope, micrometer and tape measure.

Responsabilités

• Operate bag machine and related equipment.
• Check and verify 40-digit code for product accuracy.
• Set machine parameters per standard operating procedures.
• Manage multiple responsibilities beyond line operator duties.
• Troubleshoot the line and take corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control for defects.
• Perform SQF activities as required.
• React to alarms and signals with urgency.
• Ensure safety of department personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments for accuracy and delivery.
• Assist with maintenance repairs and report non-function equipment.
