Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is opening soon and seeks a Night Auditor to shape the guest experience from day one. This overnight role supports the front desk, handles nightly audits, and ensures accuracy in daily takings.

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day’s financial activity across outlets.
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve anomalies between reports and takings.
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training on financial processes and system use.
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergencies.
• Guest Service: Check in guests, assist at the desk, prepare for the next day, and run reports as needed.

Be part of the highly anticipated new hotel opening, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Front Office team and are currently seeking Night Auditors to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching the hotel.

Schedule: Overnight shift, 11:00pm - 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets

• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
• Guest Service: Checking in guests, assisting at the desk, Prepare for the upcoming day, run reports as needed
