Responsibilities
  • Perform the manager-on-duty role during 3rd shift.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Provide the highest level of service.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
  • Assist guests with knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hotel outlets and services hours.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet guest needs and support other departments when needed.
  • Follow the CSM guest service recovery program.
  • Balance revenue sources and complete daily financial reports accurately.
  • Process no-show reservations and prepare financial reports for management.
  • Close the financial day for the hotel.
  • Utilize proper selling techniques to maximize room revenues.
  • Monitor room availability, follow booking restrictions, and adhere to policies.
  • Drive sales through up-selling rooms and amenities.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions per CSM procedures.
  • Use equipment properly and follow cost control measures.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet volume requirements.
  • Assist with additional projects, stock supplies, and support overnight staff as needed.
  • Follow all work rules, attend meetings, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Comply with emergency procedures and incident protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 2 years of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Night audit or accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
