Job Overview/Summary

About the Role: Guest Service Representatives/Night Auditors are our Directors of First Impressions. They answer phones, greet guests, assist with directions, fulfill guest requests, communicate with maintenance and housekeeping, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain safety and security. They respond confidently and compassionately to guest issues, taking ownership to ensure guest satisfaction.
