Concord Hospitality Enterprises invites applications for a Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations at our Pittsburgh-area hotel. You will balance daily revenue, handle front desk duties, and respond to guest needs with a focus on accuracy and service.

Qualified candidates will have front desk or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently through the night shift, including weekends and holidays. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Able to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
• Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
