In this full-time role, you will complete nightly reports, handle check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain safety and cash controls.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently overnight.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.

• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
