Job summary

Concord in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver overnight hospitality and maintain accurate financial records while supporting front desk operations. You will audit daily transactions, verify room status, handle check-ins/outs, and respond to guest inquiries, ensuring security and smooth overnight service.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
