Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Front Office duties and serve as the overnight guest service agent.
• Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
• Identify causes of out-of-balance situations, produce reports for management, and correct errors to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensure all charges are properly posted to guest folio or master account and balanced with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile all charges to the general ledger, prepare back-up files, and close out shifts, preparing the system for the next day.
• Manage cash funds and daily shift deposits accurately, compiling daily revenue reports.
• Perform all Front Desk duties including check-in, check-out, and cashier procedures efficiently.
• Assist with other departmental duties as directed by leadership.
