Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor (Part-Time) for the Mining Exchange Hotel in Colorado Springs. The role handles nightly accounting, front desk tasks, and guest service while supporting operations through accurate ledger management.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma or GED. This position offers flexible hours, a friendly team, and growth opportunities.

• Prepare Front Desk area for the morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security camera system.
• Maintain lobby lighting and ambiance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger


• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax


• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios


• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments


• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues


• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures


• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift


• Monitors hotel security camerasystem


• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume


• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole


• Knowledge of PMS


• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to multi-task


• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing


• Team player


• Ability to exceed expectations of guests


• Basic accounting/math skills
