We are looking for a Night Auditor (Full-Time) to join our team at Anderson Ocean Club. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing, posting, and balancing daily transactions to support the resort's efforts in delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expenses, identify causes of out-of-balance situations, produce reports, and correct errors.
  • Ensure all charges are properly posted to guest folios or master accounts with supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile charges to the general ledger, prepare backup files, and close shifts and days on the reservation system.
  • Generate housekeeping reports and print folios for departures.
  • Compile daily revenue reports.
  • Manage cash funds and daily shift deposits accurately.
  • Assist with Front Office duties and serve as the overnight guest service agent.
  • Calculate month-end account balances and submit to accounting.
  • Process reservation deposits from receipt to deposit and logging.
  • Perform all Front Desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and cashier procedures.
  • Assist guests and owners with their needs, delivering outstanding hospitality.
  • Support other departmental duties such as bell stand and answering phones.
  • Report unresolved issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean work area and provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, respond to guest requests, and be a team player.
  • Maintain regular attendance as per standards.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer service or similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or college degree.
  • One year of auditing experience.
  • Resort hospitality experience.
