Pacifica Hotels is searching for a Night Auditor to join the team at The Kinney Venice Beach. The Night Auditor will be responsible for assisting guests in all guest services related functions, including closing hotel books at night by running the night audit to ensure all revenues are balanced nightly.

Core responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service.
• Communicating effectively with guests and team members.
• Greeting arriving guests and completing check-in procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Facilitating guest departures, closing guest accounts, and managing future room availability.
• Calculating and posting monies, receipts, and guest accounts accurately, ensuring correct charges at check-out.
• Handling reservations and inquiries in person and over the phone, communicating hotel rates, and demonstrating value to guests.
• Maintaining good guest relations by staying informed about hotel and area functions.
• Operating PBX equipment for calls, wake-up calls, and guest communication.
• Controlling and balancing cash and credit transactions responsibly.
