Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Auditor to balance and close the previous business day and prepare daily financial reports. You will act as manager-on-duty during the overnight shift, assist guests, and ensure adherence to all brand standards.

Standard hours are 11PM - 7AM with varying days off based on operational needs. Compensation is $21 per hour plus eligible benefits; healthcare, 401(k), disability, life insurance, and bonus plans are available.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Prior night audit or accounting experience preferred; strong computer and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the manager-on-duty role during 3rd shift and handle check-ins/check-outs and billing verifications.
• Balance revenue sources and complete daily financial reports; close the financial day for the hotel.
• Maximize room revenue through up-selling and enforce cost controls.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow guest/associate incident procedures.
