Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight hours.
• High attention to detail is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outgoing and engaging personality is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle various shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest.
• Check guests in, record accurate information, and note special requests.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Coordinate with other hotel/resort staff as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and manage daily financial tasks.
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with attention to detail.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
