Job summary

InnVentures overseeing Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Draper is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight operations and reconcile daily transactions. You will review daily checklists, ensure guests are served promptly, and post and reconcile charges, while maintaining cash handling procedures.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology, and the stamina to stand for a full shift.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience and ability to thrive on the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Applicants must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
