The role centers on overnight audit duties, balancing nightly transactions, and delivering high-quality guest service from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional morning or evening shifts based on business needs.

Starting hourly wages range from $18.00 to $20.00, with higher rates for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on cash and daily transactions ensuring accuracy.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain security, safety procedures and accuracy in nightly balancing duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits, balance and post front desk, rooms and food and beverage cash and credit operations.
• Prepare shift reports related to the property's business transactions.
• Check-in/check-out guests, process payments and handle guest requests promptly.
• Answer phones, manage cash drawer and operate standard office equipment.
• Ensure guest and property safety by following safety and emergency procedures.
