The role offers a full-time schedule with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic hotel environment in downtown Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software are preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform Night Audit – run nightly reports and reset the system.
• Manage Front Desk activity and handle Guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare Guest welcome packets and VIP reports.
• Prepare daily internal communications.
