Davidson Hospitality Group’s Homestead resort in Midway, UT is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, process guest payments, and perform night audits to ensure balance accuracy.

You will assist guests, escalate issues, and collaborate with departments to maintain a secure and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Night Auditor or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night.
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
