Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morris is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly hotel operations, ensure accurate guest billing, and maintain financial records during late-night hours. The role serves as Manager on Duty from 11pm to 7am, requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays and strong customer service focus.

The position reports to the Operations Manager in the Rooms department and offers a competitive benefits package, including 401K with matching and hotel discounts worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions regarding guest check-in/out processes.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, process payments, and handle AYS duties.
• Reconcile guest service agent paperwork and credit card transactions.
• Post room charges, distribute folios, and reconcile gift shop and banquet paperwork.
• Run daily close-out reports, process night audit, and maintain the front desk log book.
• Handle guest mail, messages, and faxes, ensuring timely delivery.
