Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance revenues/expenses.
• Check guests in and out, assign rooms, and handle guest requests.
• Handle inquiries and provide information on hotel and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Monitor hotel security during the night and respond to disturbances.
• Process financial transactions including cash and card payments.
• Coordinate with the next shift and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and provide wake-up calls.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hotel equipment and systems.
