Job summary

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight Front Office operations and accurate end-of-day reporting. You will handle guest interactions, registrations, and billing in a fast-paced, high-touch hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 6-12 months of related guest service, hospitality, front desk, administrative, cashiering, or similar experience preferred.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous service during the overnight shift.
• Assist with guest registration, check-in/check-out, and accurate registration documentation.
• Explain charges and assist with billing questions within procedures.
• Post and reconcile transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Prepare overnight reports, logs, and shift documentation.
• Communicate room status changes and pass down issues to morning team.
• Follow safety, security and cash handling procedures.
