Join Our Team as a Maintenance Engineer! You’ll be the go-to fixer, keeping building systems running smoothly and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members. You’ll work hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, with a focus on problem solving, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Technical & Preventive Maintenance Powerhouse: Conduct daily inspections and repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems; perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, common areas, and on essential equipment. Perform minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs to keep the hotel beautiful and operational.
• Quick-Fix Hero: Resolve equipment issues, leaks, and electrical problems; respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and power outages with guest safety in mind.
• Safety Superpowers: Move objects over 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks. Follow OSHA safety guidelines when handling tools, chemicals, and operating machinery. Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper storage for tools and hazardous materials.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Trade license (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
