Schulte Hospitality Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Night Auditor to join its luxury hotel team. Responsibilities include auditing the daily guest ledger, posting room rates, and ensuring accuracy of charges while supporting front desk operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions and post room rates.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Summarize revenues from all accounts (food, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, guest issues.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Maintain lobby lighting and ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
