Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Duluth, MN is seeking a Night Auditor who enjoys nights and working independently while being part of a larger team. You will help keep the property secure, greet guests, and ensure smooth overnight operations in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll close nightly reports, monitor reservations and the Walk Policy, process check-ins, and provide exceptional guest service with a genuine smile.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to multitask with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Closing reports at the end of each night.
• Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty.
• Have a working knowledge of reservations procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy.
• Checking in guests, showing that classic “customer service” smile, and always having fun with this awesome team.
