Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Stand for 8 hours.
• MS Excel proficiency required (intermediate).
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to policy.
• Assist with front office duties including check-in/check-out and room assignments.
• Answer phones, take messages, and communicate with staff.
• Compute bills and collect payment from guests.
• Balance and post nightly revenue, audits, and reports.
• Maintain supplies and assist with night audit balance.
