Responsibilities
- Represent MCR to new hires and team members, exemplify company values, and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism
- Conduct night audit procedures, reconcile daily revenue including room, food, beverage, and other revenue streams
- Balance credit card transactions, ensure billing and payment accuracy
- Prepare and distribute daily reports such as Night Audit, Revenue, and Occupancy Reports
- Handle guest inquiries and issues during overnight hours, escalate as necessary
- Check in guests and manage reservations as needed
- Maintain accurate room status information and communicate effectively
- Perform end-of-day processes and operate front office systems
- Monitor VIP guests and special requests
- Create a positive, safe work environment, promote team relations, and report issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as a night auditor, hotel front desk, or hotel accounting
- Luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Tribal gaming experience a plus

- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, WebRezPro)
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, basic accounting, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
