Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites San Diego / Downtown Bayside. You will greet guests, check them in, and handle guest inquiries to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or hospitality, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to learn computer systems. Attention to detail, problem solving, multitasking, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, and provide information to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts and verify end-of-day work across departments.
• Verify that all EOD tasks are completed by other departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests as needed.
• Answer phones and manage reservations.

• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
• Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answer phones and place reservations
