Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Night Clerk for overnight coverage in Town of Islip, NY. This part-time role handles guest check-ins/outs, answers calls, and performs nightly accounting while upholding Guest Service Standards.

The position requires overnight availability (11pm–7am), basic computer skills, and previous hotel front desk experience. You will work with the night audit process and support housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.
• One year of previous hotel front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer incoming calls and provide guest service.
• Maintain nightly accounting and balance cash/POSTINGs.
• Operate PMS and ensure accuracy of room rate reports.
• Support housekeeping as a Runner during the midnight shift.
• Review night audit checklist and ensure all tasks are completed.
