Job summary

Le Pavillon at Home2 Suites Austin South is seeking a PT Night Auditor to support nightly operations and auditing. You will review postings, perform routine checks, and ensure accurate nightly reconciliation while assisting guests with a 24/7 front desk role.

The position requires a team player with detail orientation who can work nights, weekends and holidays in a hospitality setting. Prior hotel night audit or front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations and related software as needed.
• Follow management accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Handle front desk tasks including check-ins/outs, payments and PBX operations; provide warm, professional directions to rooms.
