The Fairfield Inn & Suites Ithaca in Ithaca, NY seeks a reliable Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, process guest check-ins/outs, and perform nightly financial tasks.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist guests with requests, reconciling ledgers, and ensure smooth hotel operations while maintaining high service standards. Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred; overnight flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Introduction: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and completing daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
